After your initial in-person meeting, payment in full of the total amount is required to hold your reservation. For overnight stay and at-home pet sitting visit clients, we require payment in full at the start of your service. You will receive an email confirmation that will serve as your invoice. We do require all clients to keep a credit card on file on their client profile in Precise PetCare.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, payment for travel services are due on Monday of the week of the first scheduled visit. Payment is expected to be remitted in its entirety for the visit(s).
If the client does not remit payment by Wednesday of the service week, we will process the payment to the credit card on file.
Payment for ongoing daily visits will be processed automatically on Mondays, if paying by credit card.
We accept the following methods of payments: cash, check, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

Late fees will be assessed as noted in the client service agreement.
